what an anomaly! the window unit ran luod and barely cooled the room! and don’t even get me started on the dirty floors, u’d think a place like this would ensure cleanliness. i just woudl ve been happier with a little upgrade or even some ice, but alas, it seems i was simply mistaken in expecting a touch of class.

The location offers a pleasant convenience being just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. The shower pressure was strong, providing a nice post-beach refreshment. However, the noise levels from the outside were disruptive, making it hard to relax. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite loud and ineffective, leading to an uncomfortable night. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Misleading ocean view in the Queen Studio since a building blocks the view entirely. WiFi was out for the entire stay, which was tough with a young one needing a tablet after long days. The air conditioner couldn't be turned off, leading to chilly nights with thin sheets. Hot water was lukewarm at best, and the kitchen lacked basic functionality. Overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with some dirty floors, and missing trash cans in the room.

The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing escape! 🏊🏻‍♂️ However, no room service or clean towels during my stay was a bummer. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere if you're expecting better service.

Well, I tell ya, this place had a kinda cozy feel, real close to the beach and eateries. Shower worked like a charm and the folks there were decent. Only downside was the bed could’ve used somethin’ softer for a good night’s sleep.

The parking lot is convenient. you can park easily and unload without worrying about flooding. The shower pressure was excellent, providing a refreshing experience after a hot day. The hardwood flooring gave the room a modern feel, adding to the overall comfort. I appreciated the unique touch mirror, which made getting ready a little more enjoyable.

The beds left something to be desired. they were just okay and could use an upgrade.

Fifth And Ocean is conveniently located near the beach, with a reasonable rate given the peak summer season. The rooms have been recently renovated and are equipped with basic amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator. The presence of nearby restaurants and a Starbucks enhances the convenience of the location, making it an ideal spot for business travelers. The overall cleanliness was commendable, adding to a comfortable stay which exceeded my expectations.
